Our business began in 1986 with knitting instructions and cone yarns for new machine knitters. Over the years we released multiple books, patterns and design disks for all levels of knitters. Our easy to follow instructions make even advanced techniques appear simple and easy. We are an ever changing design studio focusing on the needs of our clients by providing high quality products and instruction.

Our design studio has grown providing a unique combination of Knitting, Quilting & Machine Embroidery. For the knitter we offer a nice selection of cone yarns, designer hand knitting yarns, knitting notions, accessories, and books. We are an Authorized Floriani Dealer carrying the full line of machine embroidery products from design software to thread. Anita Goodesign Collections are also available.

Our trips to France inspire the designs for the sewing & quilting patterns we publish. Quilters will find imported French Provencal Cotton Fabrics, Toiles, Paris Theme Cotton fabrics, cotton bamboo blend batting, threads, notions and more. The fabrics are also used to create our own line of Quilted Market Bags, Aprons, Insulated Wine & Lunch Totes available in our SewAndKnit Boutique. Some samples of our ready made gift items are shown on the site along with our machine knitting books.
